Model of Improving Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment to Pulp Industry in Sumatera

This study aims to describe and analyze Model of improving employee through organizational commitment Pulp Industry in Sumatera. The research method used descriptive quantitative. sample this probability sampling technique. selection criteria was employees the pulp industry Jambi, Pekanbaru Palembang. Beverage Development with a total 240 samples obtained from Sumatera (Jambi, Palembang). Data analysis performed by using statistical inferential analysis. data processed component-based or variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). It found that direct influence competence, career development extrinsic motivation had positive significant effect on performance industry, then indirect mediated commitment.
